Types of Therapy
I work Psychoanalytically using Object Relations Theory. This means that I explore both conscious and unconscious processes that impact how you experience life and relationships with significant others. Our work together will enable you to become aware of patterns that keep you stuck, to experience new ways of relating with yourself and others and to receive honest feedback into your life. I am a trauma informed therapist and use EMDR, Energy Psychology and other body-based techniques to help process trauma and calm the body.
