I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor and see individual adults in private practice. I also provide premarital counseling. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Christian Theological Seminary, Indianapolis, Indiana.

Previous work experience includes working with refugees in the United States, people with intellectual disabilities and leprosy patients in India. These experiences along with my work in private practice give me an appreciation for the strength of the human spirit and our capacity for healing and growth.
I practice psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy, along with body-based modalities. I have certifications in Object Relations Psychotherapy through the International Psychotherapy Institute. I am certified in EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) through the EMDR International Association, and Energy Psychology from the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology. I have received training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and complex trauma treatment through the Janina Fisher training program.
I am affiliated with the American Counseling Association and the International Psychotherapy Institute.
